Dutch Pilot Boats Under Construction

Kvichak Marine Industries and Camarc Design, UK have teamed up once again this year in close cooperation with the owner to design and build three 72-ft all weather fast pilot boats, for pilot operation in the ports along the Dutch coast and operated by the Dutch Pilotage Organization ( DPO). With a 75.1-ft overall length and an overall beam of 22.3 ft, the all-aluminum vessels are powered by twin Caterpillar C-32 ACERT engines, coupled to ZF 3050 marine gears.
