UniversalPegasus Names New Business Development Director

Terry Mienie has been named Business Development Director UK & international by Houston headquartered UniversalPegasus International (UPI). Craig Pierrotti, Senior Vice President of Business Development announces the appointment of Terry Mienie, who joins UPI's Aberdeen, Scotland, office from Penspen where he served as Business Development and Manpower Manager Offshore. While with Penspen, he was responsible for creating new business opportunities across the group.
