Applications Requested for MSP Operating Agreement

The Maritime Administration issued a notice in the Federal Register requesting applications for one eligible vessel to fill one MSP Operating Agreement. The text of the notice appears in the Federal Register, Vol. 73, No. 192, Pages 57406-57407, dated October 2, 2008. The notice is accessible at http://edocket.access.gpo.gov/2008/E8-23189.htm. The Federal Register notice requests applications by November 3, 2008.
Applicants who wish to apply for the available MSP Operating Agreement must complete an application package, which can be obtained from Peter E.
