Delisting of Ocean Rig ASA

DryShips Inc. announced that July 21 was the last day of listing of the shares of Ocean Rig ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange and that effective July 22nd Ocean Rig ASA will be
delisted from the Oslo Exchange.
