New Cruise Vessel, AIDAblu

AIDAblu, the seventh ship of the AIDA fleet, will be commissioned on 9 February 2010 with a ceremonious christening in the Port of Hamburg. The newly built vessel is the fourth ship of the new AIDA generation. With a length of 827 ft and a beam of 105.5 ft, AIDAblu is in the same category as its sister ships, AIDAdiva, AIDAbella and AIDAluna. With a GRT of 71,100 tons, however, the space provided is half a deck more than on the preceding ships built.
