CQ River Cruises Cancelled
The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a Notice stating that it has been notified that CQ River Cruises LLC, doing business as American Rivers Cruise Line, has cancelled all cruises scheduled to commence prior to June 2, 2006. The company operates the river cruise vessel Columbia Queen. The escrow agent has been directed to handle ticket refunds.
New River Cruise Ship Christened in Antwerp
This launch is part of a $120 million fleet investment program by Vantage Deluxe World Travel. Vantage Deluxe World Travel christened the MS River Splendor in Antwerp, Belgium as the latest addition to its growing European river cruising fleet. Carnival Corporation will consolidate its German cruise operations, transferring the 1,590-passenger cruise ship A'ROSA Blu to its AIDA brand in summer 2004. 'Carnival Triumph' Blown off Berth in Repair Shipyard
