Trinity Yachts to Acquire IYC

Trinity Yachts, LLC (Trinity) and International Yacht Collection (IYC) have announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent for Trinity to acquire IYC. This acquisition will expand Trinity's capabilities and enable it to offer its clients the entire range of yachting services: new construction, repairs, brokerage, charter management, retail charter, yacht management, and crew placement. It is expected that the purchase should be completed by July 1, 2007.

Super Yachts Give Boost to NZ Economy

 New Zealand Customs Minister Nicky Wagner says mid-winter marks the end of another successful yacht season, with many of the remaining international yachts departing at the end of last month.   "57 superyachts visited between April 2014 and March 2015 , compared with 37 during the previous season. This is the highest number of superyacht visits since we hosted the America's Cup in 2000," Ms Wagner said.

Fast Ferry Delivered to Zhuhai High Speed Ferry Company

Afai Southern Shipyard (Panyu Guangzhou) Ltd. and CoCo Yachts B.V. announced that the second of the two new fast ferries, Hai Jing, was delivered to Zhuhai High Speed Ferry Company on April 22, 2016. During the sea trials a top speed of 38 knots at full load was measured.
