Trinity Yachts to Acquire IYC
Trinity Yachts, LLC (Trinity) and International Yacht Collection (IYC) have announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent for Trinity to acquire IYC. This acquisition will expand Trinity's capabilities and enable it to offer its clients the entire range of yachting services: new construction, repairs, brokerage, charter management, retail charter, yacht management, and crew placement. It is expected that the purchase should be completed by July 1, 2007.

OCEA Shipyard Gets Commuter 108 Orders
Les Sable d’Olonne based OCEA Shipyard has signed contracts for two OCEA Commuter 108 yachts, for delivery in summer 2007. The 107 ft. yacht, designed by Joubert-Nivelt, has a maximum speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 4000 miles. There is an owner’s stateroom, three or four guest cabins and accommodation for a crew of four. The yachts will be classified by Bureau Veritas and will be MCA compliant.
