MTS Appoints New CEO

Rune Mejer Rasmussen, Executive Chairman of the MTS board, will replace Brynjar Gevelt as CEO on March 1. Rune Mejer Rasmussen will take on the task of leading MTS through its next phase of expansion. Lang Manufacturing Appoints New CEO

David W. Ek. has been elected as president and CEO of Lang Manufacturing effective, February 12, 2001. Ek succeeds Jack Sparacio, who had held the position for the past seven years and will continue to sit on the board of directors. Ek joined Lang In October of 2000 as executive vice president. Horizon Offshore, Inc. elected David W. Sharp, currently its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as President and Chief Executive Officer. San Francisco Bay Area WTA Appoints New CEO

On October 30, the San Francisco Bay Area Water Transit Authority Board of Directors appointed Steve Castleberry as the WTA’s new Chief Executive Officer. He will take the helm on January 1, 2004.
