New Chairman of the Board of Directors at A.P. Møller

Mærsk A/S informs that at its Board of Directors’ meeting today Mr. Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller announced that he will retire as Chairman of the Board of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S December 15, 2003 and simultaneously retire from the Board.As new Chairman of the Board of Directors of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S Mr. Michael Pram Rasmussen was elected with effect as of that same date. The Board and Mr. Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller consider Mr. Pram Rasmussen as especially suited for that important office.Mr. Møller will remain Chairman of The A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation, Chairman of Odense Steel Shipyard Ltd. and will remain as member of a few Boards, including Mærsk Olie og Gas AS.Mr. Møller will remain partner of the Firm of A.P. Møller and Mr. Jess Søderberg will continue as Chief Executive.


AWO Elects New Chairman, Vice Chairman

New Leadership for INTERTANKO’s Hellenic Forum

INTERTANKO’s Hellenic Forum last week elected its new Chairman and governing team. Emmanuel Vordonis of Thenamaris Ships Management will be the next Chairman, succeeding Ceres Hellenic’s Nicholas G. Stena Bulk Doubles Medium Range Fleet with Danish Merger

Stena Bulk is increasing its MR segment (Medium Range product tankers of 50,000 dwt) by acquiring 50 percent of the Danish shipping company Weco. This means that Stena Bulk has doubled its fleet in this segment from 15 to 30 tankers. Its objective over the next couple of years is to build up an operation with upwards of 50 vessels under the new brand name of Stena Weco. ERRIA Buys APM Terminals

Bien Hoa Container depot operated by ECS has a capacity of 3,500 teus strategically located next to Bien Hoa Industry zone & Binh Duong Industry zone.

ERRIA A/S confirmed that they have acquired APM Terminal´s 51 percent stake in APM Saigon Shipping (APMSS). APM Saigon Shipping (APMSS) is an inland container services company with about 300 employees, which annually handles and maintains approximately 350,000 containers in Vietnam. APMSS is a 51/49 Joint Venture with "Saigon Shipping J/S Company”, where ERRIA has had a 34 percent ownershipfor more than 10 years.

Crowley Announces Executive Changes

Tom Crowley Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crowley Maritime Corporation and Richard du Moulin, president of Marine Transport Corporation (MTC), jointly announced that with the successful integration of MTC into Crowley, du Moulin will be resigning from MTC to pursue other business interests. Crowley acquired Weehawken, N.J.-based MTC in February 2001. Mark Filanowski, senior vice president and chief financial officer of MTC, will also be leaving the company


Nyda New Chairman, CEO at Davie Yards

IMCA’s Central & South America Officials Elected

The first Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Central & South America Section of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) have been elected. Giorgio Martelli from Saipem is Chairman of the Section and Gilles Lafaye from Acergy is its Vice Chairman.   The new section, formed in 2009 and host of the IMCA Annual Seminar in Rio de Janeiro in November 2009, provides a forum for members to address local issues


New Chairman Announced at Intercargo

Noble Energy Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend
