ACL GE Energy New Product Introduction Award

American Commercial Lines Inc. (NASDAQ: ACLI) (ACL) announced that it has received the 2010 GE Energy New Product Introduction Award. The award is provided to the company that introduces the most innovative solution to GE Energy's commercial transportation supply chain. Extended National Defense Tank Vessel Construction Assistance Program

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a Notice amending the schedule for submittal of competitive proposals for construction of new product tank vessels under the National Defense Tank Vessel Construction Assistance Program.
