Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) announced that Venezuela and Iran have agreed to explore setting up a joint shipbuilding operation. The Israeli Armament Development Authority Rafael signed a contract with the United States Navy to supply then with 67 Typhoon-type naval weapon stations. The deal, a joint enterprise between Rafael and the American company EBA, is set to yield Rafael $28m.
