November 10, 2005

South Korea's first lady Kwon Yang-sook has stressed the need to enhance the country's industrial competitiveness through innovation, according to a recent Korea Times report. Kwon made the point in a speech at a ceremony at the Hyundai shipyard to launch a crude oil carrier, the Universal Queen, the first of its kind made with a shipbuilding fund.
