Shipbuilders Reportedly Squeeze Plate Prices

It was reported on MySteel.net that some South Korean shipbuilders have required to cut its shipbuilding plate price by USD 150 per ton to USD 200 per ton. The negotiations are reportedly still in progress, and in the meantime, ’s import price of ship plate from has dropped to less than USD 500 per ton.
