Fishing Vessel Abandoned in Indian Ocean: 31 Missing

Owners of the fishing vessel 'Chun Ying' reported their ship destroyed by fire and abandoned about 320 mls north of the Seychelles.

The fate of the 28 crew members and 3 maritime security guards are unknown at this time but may have abandoned the vessel in the two life rafts.

Ships in the area have been warned to be on the look-out for the vessel and for survivors.
