Buffo Named VP at ISR

Dennis D. Buffo has been appointed as vice president of International Ship Repair & Marine Services, (ISR) Tampa, Florida. Buffo has executive responsibility for ISR’s contract negotiations and administrative departments, and brings with him over 31 years’ experience in the areas of ship repair, drydocks, operations, construction and maintenance of tank ships, tugs, barges, and marine equipment. Graduating as a marine engineer from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in King’s Point, New York, Buffo joins ISR from Coastal Towing in Houston.
