A technical program comprising 10 seminar sessions - with more than 50 presentations - and 19 tutorials provided a framework for education and training. Seminar sessions examined areas of interest such as industrial deleading, surface preparation, coatings performance, offshore/marine coatings, worker health and safety, thermal spray technology, the contractor/owner relationship, and new directions in coatings formulation.
