United States Marine, Inc., began the new year with
a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new facility in Gulfport, Miss. As a result of the damage inflicted by hurricane Katrina to the New Orleans division, USMI relocated their facilities to Gulfport. The new facility has enabled USMI to resume normal production and service operations. The new facility is located at 10011 Lorraine Road in Gulfport.
USMI plans to also return to the New Orleans facility
as an added production facility once the infrastructure returns to eastern New Orleans.
The actual ribbon cutting was performed by Tom Dreyfus, the Chairman and founder of USMI.
