USACE Issue Impact Statement on Ecosystem Restoration Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers issued a notice stating that the draft integrated feasibility report and environmental impact statement for the Mid-Chesapeake Bay Island Ecosystem Restoration Project is available for consideration.
