The U.S. Coast Guard will hold a public meeting in Cleveland on May 9 to receive comments from interested persons in identifying ballast water management strategies for vessels entering the Great Lakes that declare no ballast on board (NOBOB). Written comments should be submitted by May 9. 70 Fed. Reg. 1448 (HK Law).
