VT Halter Marine Inc (VT Halter Marine), a company of VT Systems Inc (VT Systems), signed a contract with Candies Shipbuilders, LLC (Candies Shipbuilders), on Nov. 5, to construct a 285’ Platform Supply Vessel for approximately $8.9m.
