Accidents with Lifeboats

The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) issued Marine Circular No. 17, recommending that owners, managers, masters, and officers review their Safety Management System relating to maintenance and inspection of lifeboats
and lifeboat drills to reduce the likelihood of accidents.
