ADEC Proposes Passenger Vessel

Environmental Compliance Program The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) issued a Public Comment Draft. This document proposes to make various changes to the state’s Commercial Passenger Vessel Environmental Compliance Program. If adopted, the changes would, among other things, allow for online registration and clarify discharge information sought by the agency. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by April 18.
