The Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a Notice stating that it has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Assessment (DEA) for the Port of Anchorage, Marine Terminal Redevelopment Project. Comments on the DEA should be submitted by September 10, 2004. 69 Fed. Reg. 48905 (August 11, 2004).
