Baltimore Harbor Drafts Dredged Material Management Plan

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has prepared a draft tiered environmental impact statement and dredged material management plan to analyze dredged material placement for the Port of Baltimore for 20 years of maintenance and new work dredging. Comments on the documents should be submitted by March 28. 70 Fed. Reg. 6842
