Bergesen Buys Its Own Shares

Bergesen d.y. Group has reportedly bought 3,758,005 of its own "A" voting shares and 829,400 "B" shares. Officials said the group acquired the A shares at $15.84 per share and the B shares at $16.32 per share, adding that the shares represented its total holding in the company.
