Bill Proposes $50m for Shipyard Training

According to a Feb. 24 report from The Virginian-Pilot, the state of Virginia may give Northrop Grumman Newport News shipyard up to $50m in training grants over 10 years under a bill that cleared the General Assembly on Monday.
