Calabrese Joins JRC

Al Calabrese has joined the staff at JRC in their High Seas sales department overseeing the Gulf Region and Florida. He brings over 40 years of electronics experience, and is FCC certified, with a technical background in troubleshooting, research and development, failure analysis, production methods as well as marine electronics communication and navigation sales, service, and installation. Most recently, he worked as East Coast Manager of Sales and Service for GSI Marine, Inc responsible for training and supervision of technical personnel and day-to-day operations. High Seas Technology, Radio Holland, and General Dynamics are companies The US Navy was the first entry Calabrese made into the electronics field, serving for 10 years as an Electronics Technician, Diver, Photographer and Instructor aboard nuclear and diesel submarines. His professional certifications include an FCC license with GMDSS and Radar endorsements and certifications from most of the major Classification Societies and various Flag States. Qualified by many of the industry’s manufacturers to install and repair commercial marine systems other than JRC, Al’s technical knowledge and experience will be an asset to dealers and the ship owners alike.
