Chemline Acquires Steelcote

Chemline acquired the assets of Steelcote Manufacturing Incorporated, manufacturer of various coating and mastic applications for steel and non-ferrous metals, concrete, masonry, polyester fiberglass, glass, wood and glazed tile surfaces. Under the Chemline umbrella, Steelcote will add an extensive line of products that range from heavy-duty floor coatings, to anti-corrosive tank coatings and specialty concrete repair products. Details of the sale were not released. The Steelcote brand name will continue to be used.
