Chemoil Introduces Low Sulphur Barge to Rotterdam Market

In recent weeks, AFT-Chemoil has seen increasing interest and activity in the Rotterdam low sulphur bunker market. The company has introduced a dedicated barge for deliveries of this product line. The barge, the Ravel, is already in service and is making deliveries.
