CMB Teams For Massive Container Handler

Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) agreed to merge its port handling unit with rival Noord Natie to form the biggest container handler in the country. CMB's subsidiary Hessenatie and Noord Natie plan to sign a preliminary agreement in the next two weeks and aim to have a done deal by the end of September, Noord President Philip Van Gestel said.
