Coast Guard Prepares EIS on LNG Project

The U.S. Coast Guard is preparing an environmental impact statement (EIS) regarding the proposed Northeast Gateway Energy Bridge LNG deepwater port (DWP) project. Public meetings will be held in Boston (October 18) and Gloucester (October 19). Written comments should be submitted by October 31. 70 Fed. Reg. 58228 Source: HK Law
