Coast Guard to Prepare Statement on Bienville Terminal

The US Coast Guard intends to prepare an environmental impact statement with regard to the proposed Bienville Offshore Energy LNG terminal to be constructed in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 63 miles south of Mobile.
