Tom Crowley Jr., Chairman, President and CEO of Crowley Maritime Corporation, accepted Toyota Logistics Services' Award of Excellence in Customer Service for 2002 on behalf of subsidiary Crowley Liner Services last week in Santa Barbara, Calif. It was the second consecutive year the company has received this recognition. Don Esmond, Group Vice President & General Manager, Toyota Division, and Steve Sturm, Vice President & General Manager, Toyota Logistics Services, presented the award to Mr. Crowley during a dinner ceremony at which Toyota Logistics recognized their logistics partners, including ocean, truck and rail providers over the past year for extraordinary service.
