Evergreen Marine Corporation (Taiwan) was yesterday awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate by certification company Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in a ceremony held at the Evergreen building in Taipei. The award, presented by Ole-Andreas Hafnor, senior vice president of DNV, was accepted by Evergreen's president Arnold Wang.
Evergreen Marine Corporation's quality policy was put in place with four key drivers in mind, namely:
