DNV Recognizes Evergreen's Quality Management System

Evergreen Marine Corporation (Taiwan) was yesterday awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate by certification company Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in a ceremony held at the Evergreen building in Taipei. The award, presented by Ole-Andreas Hafnor, senior vice president of DNV, was accepted by Evergreen's president Arnold Wang.

Evergreen Marine Corporation's quality policy was put in place with four key drivers in mind, namely: To provide consistently high service quality; to focus on customer requirements; to ensure the highest levels of safety; and to continuously improve and innovate.
