Dominion Cove Point LNG – tariff filing

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a Notice stating that Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP tendered for filing a revised tariff sheet. The proposal would revise the facility’s annual fuel retainage adjustment. 69 Fed. Reg. 22780 (HK Law).
