Eastern Shipbuilding Looking for Workers

According to a Dec. 6 report from the News Herald, Eastern Shipbuilding Group is looking to hire 80 to 100 additional full-time employees, a company official said Wednesday, at a time when multiple area companies have announced temporary or permanent job cuts. Eastern Shipbuilding currently needs pipefitters, heavy equipment operators, painters, carpenters, inside/outside machinists and welders.
