EPA – Shipbuilding & Ship Repair, Air Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received adverse comments to its direct final rule for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair (Surface Coating) Operations. Therefore, the direct final rule (published on December 29, 2006) should be considered a notice of proposed rulemaking and comments thereon should be submitted by April 27, 2007. 72 Fed.
