FMC Grants Extension to Canaveral Port Authority

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has granted an extension until August 8, 2002 to Canaveral Port Authority relating to its filing of rebuttal affidavits and memoranda of law with respect to alleged unreasonable refusal to deal or negotiate in violation of the Shipping Act of 1984.
