FMC – LA/LB Marine Terminal Operator Agreement

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a notice stating that it is requested additional information from the Boards of Harbor Commissioners of the Ports of Los Angeles and regarding planned changes to the West Coast Marine Terminal Operator (MTO) Agreement.  This action prevents the agreement from becoming effective as originally scheduled.
