FMC Meeting August 6

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a notice stating that it will conduct a meeting on August 6.  During the open session, it will consider the Houston and New Orleans terminals cooperative working agreements.  During the closed session, it will consider the LA/LB port/terminal agreements.  73 Fed. Reg. 45008  (August 1, 2008).
