GAC Marine Logistics (GML) has added the teeming port city of Mumbai to its growing network of sales offices, to focus on major maritime decision makers in the Indian Subcontinent.

Chris Steibelt, Director, GAC Marine Logistics Inc, said, “With even more maritime companies relocating their technical and purchasing functions to India, this region is fast-becoming a prime market for GML’s integrated ‘door-to-deck’ ship spares delivery services. Expanding our network in strategic locations remains important business objectives as GAC Marine Logistics continues to grow across Asia.”

The Mumbai office is headed by newly appointed sales manager, Anjali Shirke (Ms), who brings with her over 12 years of management and operations experience in the local logistics industry.
Her immediate priorities are to reinforce the GML brand and promote its specialised ship spares supply chain solutions directly to the Indian-based shipping community. Ms Shirke will also highlight GAC’s global purchasing agreements with major air and sea carriers which enable GML to offer its customers favourable rates and space access.
