Germanischer Lloyd Appoints New RM in Malaysia

The new Regional Manager for the Industrial Services of Germanischer Lloyd in East Asia is Bruno Solinas. His primary mission will be to intensify the sustained expansion of the technical services in the Asian region. Bruno Solinas completed his degree in engineering at the Technical University of Bretigny sur Orge (in France), and is a specialist for steel structures. He has many years of experience as a technical service-provider and manager in the sectors of offshore structures, plant construction for oil and gas installations, and in petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. In his previous position, Solinas was General Manager of Technip Engineering in Thailand.

The Industrial Services of Germanischer Lloyd offers services for the technical safety of oil and gas production plants, pipelines and wind turbines, together with the inspection of materials and components and the certification of a broad spectrum of quality, environmental, safety and risk management systems.
