Grand Bahama Shipyard has received Certification to verify that it recently successfully completeda "Liquid Natural Gas Carrier " training and familiarisation programme run
by Det Norske Veritas.
Aware of the special features of
LNG Carriers and
the specific requirements that they have during their dry-docking and repair
programmes, the shipyard commissioned DNV to devise a customised course to
address all the issues that arise with these Specialised Vessels.
