Great Lakes 2010 Pilotage Rates

The U.S. Coast Guard issued a final rule establishing the rates for pilotage services on the Great Lakes. With effect from August 1, the rates will increase by an average of 5.07%. 75 Fed. Reg. 7958 (February 23, 2010).
