Hatteland Display announced it has entered into a Long Term Cooperation Agreement with Offshore Systems, Ltd., of Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Under the terms of this contract, Hatteland Display will supply products from its broad portfolio of type-approved, commercial maritime and military-qualified displays for integration into Offshore Systems' ECPINS Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS, WECDIS) for navigation and situational awareness, and Common Operational Picture (COP) products that focus on the global situational awareness market in C3I applications.

Among the products selected for use by Offshore Systems is Hatteland Display's new JH 22T11 MMD display, which is part of the proven Series 1 product family. This product, one of Hatteland Display's high resolution, widescreen, flat-panel displays approved for use in ECDIS systems on large, deepwater vessels, is one of several new products introduced by Hatteland Display in 2009.
