IMO – Mandatory Ship Reporting Systems

The IMO issued a circular regarding one new mandatory ship reporting system and amendments to two current systems. The new system is in the Galapagos Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (PSSA). The systems will be implemented on 1 July 2007. Source: HK Law
