Incorporation of OSVs into ACP

Effective January 22, 2002, U.S. offshore supply vessels are eligible to participate in the U.S. Coast Guard's Alternative Compliance Program (ACP). The ACP provides an alternative method for vessel design, inspection, and certification without compromising existing safety standards. 67 Fed. Reg. 2343 Source: HK Law
