L & T Select NAPA for Naval Ship Design

Napa Group, a Finnish software company that develops innovative computer systems for ship design and naval architecture, has established a subsidiary company, Napa Software Services India Pvt. Ltd, in . The purpose is to increase the strength of Napa`s product development, as well as offer local services to the Indian market. ’s client base in is also expanding: Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) chose for the design of warships.
The company will also provide training and technical support services locally for present and future Indian users of the system. These services will commence in a few months once the first persons with naval architectural background have started with the company.
Representation of Napa Ltd has been carried out by Trade Center and the cooperation will continue for the next couple of months. As the main focus of the company is product development, sales and marketing shall be handled together with ’s staff in .
