Marine Board Conference Held in Toronto

The Marine Board of the National Academy of Science conducted its National Marine Conference in Toronto in May 2002. The Proceedings of that conference have now been made available on the Internet. Topics addressed at the conference included safety and security; competitiveness; labor and skills; and infrastructure investments.
