Marsun Delivers First of Eight Crewboats

In November, Marsun Shipyard of had numbers three and four of an eight vessel crewboat order on the hard, nearing completion. Meanwhile the first two vessels of the order were already at work in the . The 36 by 7.6-meter crew boats are each powered by three Cummins KTA38 M2 engines, each rated for 1350 HP at 1950 RPM. They turn propellers through Twin Disc gears. Auxiliary power for each vessel is a part of Cummins 6BT-powered 90 kW generators.
